• Introductory Tutorial: “Remodel without Remorse: Six Guidelines to a Successful Home Remodel Project.” A one to two hour class available through private home consultations or in classroom venue.

• Pre-project Planning: Conduct an Existing Conditions Assessment and prepare project goals, scope-of-work, design direction and preliminary budget and schedule.

• Architect and Contractor Selection: Review project parameters; prepare questions for prospective candidates; attend interviews; review candidate credentials; call references.

• Process Facilitation: Work in close collaboration with homeowner and design and build-team members in formulating roles, responsibilities and goals. Conduct regular project meetings to monitor ongoing "performance to plan."

• Project Manager: Working with a highly experienced team of professionals, I will oversee the entire planning, design, approvals and construction process.

• Rescue and Recovery: This is not exactly the preferred new-client relationship, but one that is, I am afraid, often sought after. The reassuring news is that it's never too late to re-tract, re-think, re-tool and reverse a job gone sideways.
