This one-hour teleconference will outline the various types of home remodel projects and list the various design and building professionals. You will learn how to determine the makeup of the team that best suits your needs and, most importantly, what questions to ask during interviews! There will be a 40-minute tutorial followed by a 20-minute Q & A. The number of participants is limited to allow interactive dialogue.

 "Monitoring the Performance...Minding the Pocketbook!"

Thursday, July 22nd, 2010 9-10 a.m. PDT

It pays to take the lead in overseeing your project's progress: You will be given valuable tools and techniques to monitor the team's performance. Learn how to run project meetings, handle change orders, track project invoicing and payments, and, finally, conduct 'close-out' procedures.
